The operation of hysterectomy has now become one of such common everyday occurrence, that in itself it would be superfluous to attempt to engage the interest of the Eellows of the Society in its description. But in an aggregation of cases there is much of clinical and pathological importance, and it is specially from this aspect that I feel warranted in bringing before you a resume of my experience. I have performed the operation 120 times for the following symptoms:?
